Pridelines Gala has become one of the most anticipated events for the community. This year's theme is Queerferno: A Disco Masquerade which promises to be an electrifying event, dazzling attendees with the glitz and the glamour of a classic disco.
Guests will enjoy a silent auction and cocktail reception, a three course sit down dinner, and full profile open bars, presentations and live entertainment.
This year we celebrate Pridelines' 42nd anniversary, honoring over four decades of support, education, and empowerment for South Florida's LGBTQIA+ youth and community. ​

Honorary Committee
Dr Marilyn Volker
In the early 1980s, Dr. Volker, alongside Peter Meyer and other concerned adults, helped establish Pridelines at Miami-Dade College, providing a safe space and support for LGBTQ youth. Her contributions to the organization have been monumental.
FayWhat
FayWhat is a vibrant and influential anchor of The FayWhat Show and Queer News Tonight. Known for her exuberant personality, FayWhat is out, proud, and unapologetically loud. A staunch advocate for the LGBTQ+ and sober communities, FayWhat consistently reports on the latest happenings within these communities, ensuring their voices are heard.
David Jobin
David Jobin, President and CEO of Our Fund Foundation, has been providing essential opportunities and funding to further our mission and other LGBTQ+ organizations. His influence and dedication continue to resonate throughout the community.
Steve Adkins
Steve Adkins is the President of the Greater Miami LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce (MDGLCC), one of the largest LGBTQ Chambers in the USA. Under his leadership, MDGLCC membership has flourished, promoting Miami as a premier gay and gay-friendly tourist destination.
Orlando Gonzales
Al Fergfuson
Orlando Gonzales is a seasoned leader in the non-profit sector, having recently completed a successful five-year tenure as the Executive Director of SAVE and the SAVE Foundation. SAVE is South Florida’s premier LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, dedicated to advocacy, education, and support within the community.
Al Ferguson is the dynamic lead anchor of "Unapologetically Queer" on Happening Out Television Network. With a passion for amplifying diverse voices within the LGBTQ+ community, Al has carved out a prominent role as a champion of inclusivity and advocacy.
Victor Diaz Herman
Victor Diaz-Herman served as the Executive Director of Pridelines Youth Services. Victor was instrumental in advancing its mission since assuming the role in 2010. His journey as an LGBTQ advocate began early, influenced by his upbringing as the son of lesbian mothers.
Lisa Mercado
& Lisa Spinosa
Lisa Mercado is a dedicated member of the community, bringing extensive experience in finance and event coordination to her roles. She served as the Director of Finance & Special Events at Pridelines Youth Services.
